Rotation
You experience the opportunity to rotate through many departments, discover your potential and experience areas that you have never been exposed to. Methodology
Our core training method is 70/20/10 (70% learning from the job, 20% from coaching, face-to-face instruction and 10% learning from intensive training classes). The fastest way to develop yourself is to constantly strive to learn, observe and stay proactive.
Support
Mentor, Coach (instructor) and Buddy (companion) will be allocated to guide and support you through the phases of the program. Besides, you also get to learn and share about the spirit, helping you to overcome the challenges and pressures that the program has planned.
RECRUITMENT REQUISITION
+ Candidates with certificates related to the applied industry, won high prizes in domestic and foreign competitions.
