The program is designed to help you integrate and adapt to your role as a Potential Staff. This is an opportunity to help you to accumulate knowledge, build a perspective on the industry and the company's products through activities: visit showrooms, factories, learn about functional departments, approach core values. , vision, mission and culture of company that has been built and developed for more than 30 years.

Rotation

You experience the opportunity to rotate through many departments, discover your potential and experience areas that you have never been exposed to. Rotating through different departments gives Potential Staff an overview and build cross-departmental relationships that help you collaborate better with other departments in the company.

Accumulating and improved skills

We understand that an important key to career success is soft skills. Therefore, in parallel with the path of professional knowledge development and experience accumulation, we plan a potential staff roadmap that will include important soft skills courses such as: Communication skills, teamwork , presentations, planning and setting personal goals, problem solving and decision making, etc.

In the spirit of continuous improvement, we always encourage you to actively express your opinions and continuously improve your professional competence.

Methodology

Our core training method is 70/20/10 (70% learning from the job, 20% from coaching, face-to-face instruction and 10% learning from intensive training classes). The fastest way to develop yourself is to constantly strive to learn, observe and stay proactive.

Support

Mentor, Coach (instructor) and Buddy (companion) will be allocated to guide and support you through the phases of the program. Besides, you also get to learn and share about the spirit, helping you to overcome the challenges and pressures that the program has planned.

• University graduated, post graduated of majors: Mechanical, Automation, Industrial Systematic Engineering, Industrial Management, Industrial Design, Business Administration , International Business, Accounting & Auditing and other relevant majors.
• Fresh graduation or less than 1 year experience
• GPA >= 7.0
• TOEIC 500 up
• Good communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Problem solving, logical thinking and creativity.
• Having potential leadership capacity.
• Prior to :

+ Candidates with certificates related to the applied industry, won high prizes in domestic and foreign competitions.

+ Candidates with experience in participating in clubs, student organizations, volunteering and social activities, especially as a team leader/leader.
