Job Description

  • Tư vấn hỗ trợ khách nhắn tin vào sàn TMĐT được phân công, tối ưu tỉ lệ phản hồi
  • Listing sản phẩm lên sàn theo content website
  • Setup Chương trình nội/ngoại sàn theo kế hoạch được giao từ quản lý
  • Tối ưu giao diện sàn TMĐT được phân công
  • Upload data lên hệ thống CRM của công ty
  • Triển khai seeding, theo dõi & cập nhật tình trạng đánh giá/ đơn hàng lên hệ thống
  • Làm việc với CTV livestream, theo dõi và quản lý lịch livestream các kênh
  • Báo cáo hiệu quả hoạt động sàn.

Job Requirement

  • Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 12 tháng vận hành sàn TMĐT
  • Có cảm quan tốt về mặt hình ảnh
  • Kỹ năng biên tập nội dung sản phẩm trên các sàn TMĐT (shopee, lazada, tiki…)
  • Kỹ năng Brief Idea hình ảnh, video
  • Kỹ năng quản lý
  • Chịu áp lực tốt
